What your bracelet is made of

BIONICBAND Original combines an elastic nylon textile strap and an internal metal plate. The supplied instructions describe the plate as stainless steel processed using Bionic Resonance Technology (BRT). BRT names the material-processing concept; it does not establish protection from electromagnetic fields or a health benefit.

Find a comfortable fit

Place the bracelet around your wrist or ankle. Adjust it so the internal plate touches your skin without pinching or restricting movement.

  1. Try the length before changing it.

Check the fit in different positions. Leave enough room for comfortable movement.

  2. Shorten only if necessary.

The supplied instructions allow excess strap to be trimmed. Cutting is permanent: mark the length carefully and leave a little extra. Before cutting during the 14-day return period, contact support, as returns require the original appearance and good condition. Keep the bracelet at its original length and retain its original packaging; do not cut or shorten the strap if you want to preserve eligibility for a change-of-mind return.

How to wear it

On a wrist or an ankle

Wear the metal plate inward, in contact with the skin. You can change sides or move between wrist and ankle for comfort.

Daily use, with breaks when needed

Wear it only while comfortable. You may remove it for skin care, cleaning, sleep or any activity where it could catch on something.

Water and heat

The supplied instructions advise against wearing the bracelet in water or a sauna. Remove it for swimming, bathing and high-heat activities.

Keep it clean. Let it dry.

For personal use

Use the bracelet individually. Clean it before sharing or passing it to another person.

Gentle hand washing

Wash as needed with mild soap in water no warmer than 30°C (86°F). Rinse gently.

Air dry naturally

Allow the band to dry completely before wearing. Do not use a hair dryer or high heat.

Avoid harsh chemicals

Keep it away from aggressive chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Start at your own pace

If you prefer a gradual start: days 1–3, 30–60 minutes a day; days 4–7, 2–4 hours a day; then longer wear if comfortable. This is optional, not a medical adaptation protocol.

Product life & documentation

Strap life depends on care, frequency of use and normal wear. Inspect the strap and plate regularly and stop wearing damaged parts. Research reports are available on the main website and should be read with their methods and limitations.
